Best NFL Prop Bets for Buccaneers vs. Panthers in Week 7 (DJ Moore Thrives As Last Man Standing)

I’m not sure who had it worse last week. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers lost to Pittsburgh at a 9-point favorite after Tom Brady missed walk-throughs to go to Robert Kraft’s wedding. However, the Carolina Panthers had to fire their coach Matt Rhule. He didn’t miss walk-throughs like Brady, but he did lose a lot. Carolina also traded away Christian McCaffrey to San Francisco and now, the Panthers are 1-5 and the Bucs are 3-3.
I’ve put together my prop bets for this game, so let’s check out the odds for my favorite ones.

- DJ Moore Over 4.5 Receptions
Cade Otton Anytime Touchdown
I had Otton to catch a touchdown last week too and it nearly hit at +800. If it wasn’t for Devin Bush getting a fingertip on the ball, we would’ve cashed last week and this week with Cameron Brate out, we will cash. Otton still had two catches last week and last time Brate was out he had six catches against Atlanta.
Panthers Total Points Under 16.5
Baker Mayfield was not the guy for Carolina at QB and PJ Walker is starting again this week with Mayfield out. Walker isn’t going to be the franchise guy either and last week against a Rams team that has looked very beatable, he went 10-for-16 for 60 yards. This team has no offense especially without McCaffrey. Last week, CMC had 158 of their 203 yards, and now he’s gone.
DJ Moore Over 4.5 Receptions
Robbie Anderson was traded away, Christian McCaffrey was traded away and DJ Moore will be the next offensive weapon to be shipped out for draft capital. I think this will be a bit of a showcase for Moore to show he is still talented despite a bad season. Also Carolina has nobody else on offense so Moore could get six screen passes as the last resort.
