It’s Jeff Saturday time in Indianapolis. Jim Irsay has gone rogue and hired Saturday, who was only a consultant on his staff while working at ESPN and has never coached anything other than high school. This is a crazy experiment and might be a stay-away in terms of the prop market for me, but there is a lot of value on the Vegas side. The Las Vegas Raiders are without two key weapons, so their other pieces will need to step up on offense.

Best Props for Colts vs. Raiders

  • Davante Adams Over 7.5 Receptions (+110)
  • Mack Hollins Over 40.5 Receiving Yards (-110)
  • Foster Moreau Anytime TD (+250)

Davante Adams Over 7.5 Receptions (+110)

This is an absurdly high reception total and yet, I still like the over. Derek Carr will have to throw to Adams because there is nobody else on the field. Darren Waller and Hunter Renfrow both went onto IR this week and that means it will be all on Adams in the passing game. Last week Adams had 10 catches for 146 yards and two touchdowns, I wouldn’t be surprised if he does the same this week against another AFC South opponent.

Mack Hollins Over 40.5 Receiving Yards (-110)

So, there is no Renfrow or Waller this week, somebody else will have to catch a couple of passes. Hollins has had three big games this season and I see this being the fourth. The Colts are almost certainly going to be a disaster under Jeff Saturday so I don’t know that the Colts defense will be able to keep the Raiders in check.

Foster Moreau Anytime TD (+250)

Noticing a trend? Yep this is another bet based around Waller and Renfrow being out. I would love to have the confidence to bet a Colts prop, but that is far too scary with a brand new head coach coming from ESPN. So, I will go with Moreau who is a solid backup tight end to Waller. Moreau doesn’t have a touchdown this season, but he has seen 14 targets over the past two weeks.
