Best NFL Prop Bets for Dolphins vs. Bills in Week 15 (Dolphins' Offense Is Figured Out)
By Josh Yourish
Back in Week 3, the heat and humidity in Miami helped the Dolphins take down the exhausted Buffalo Bills, 21-19. Now in Week 15, the Dolphins head up to cold and snowy Buffalo with their quarterback from Hawaii to see if he can pull off another win. Mike McDaniel definitely isn’t worried about it, because somebody who is worried about the cold would never wear a t-shirt about the cold.
It’s definitely "not a big deal" and they’re definitely "not terrified" of how cold it’ll be in Buffalo after they had heaters on their sideline when it was 50 degrees in LA last week.
Even in the snow, there are good props to back on both sides, so let's dive into them.
Best NFL Prop Bets for Dolphins vs. Bills
- Tua Tagovailoa Under 238.5 (-115)
- Josh Allen Over 48.5 Rush Yards (-114)
- Tyreek Hill Over 6.5 Receptions (+120)
Tua Tagovailoa Under 238.5 (-115)
The Dolphins won’t just struggle because of the weather, but their passing game has been figured out over the past two weeks on the west coast. Teams have begun to press their receivers at the line of scrimmage and do everything they can to take away the timing over the middle of the field. Last week, the Chargers with a very banged up secondary held Tua to 145 passing yards. Buffalo will use the same strategy, and they’ll do it with better talent on the field.
Josh Allen Over 48.5 Rush Yards (-114)
Buffalo still doesn’t have an effective running game and that’s a concern for them down the stretch and into the playoffs. Allen was their leading rusher last week and if the weather is bad and it’s hard to throw the ball then he’ll do everything he can to move the ball down the field with his legs in this one. Last week, Justin Herbert only ran the ball four times for eight yards, but he absolutely had running lanes; he's just not as willing of a runner as Allen is.
Tyreek Hill Over 6.5 Receptions (+120)
I know I told you about how defenses have figured this Miami defense, but that doesn’t mean Mike McDaniel can’t counter. I think he’ll find interesting ways to get the ball to Hill in this game. Either through the screen game or bringing him in motion a lot more to avoid getting jammed at the line of scrimmage and counter the inside leverage the corners are playing with.
