At 6-2, the Giants are one of the surprises of the NFL season, and coming out of their bye week, Brian Daboll might have a few surprises for the Houston Texans. Daboll’s squad is light on weapons, but that could mean there is value on an under the radar pass catcher in the prop market this week. I’ve put together my best props for this game, so let’s go!

Best Props for Texans vs. Giants

  • Daniel Jones Under 33.5 Rush Yards
  • Dameon Pierce Long Rush Over 16.5 (-114)
  • Tanner Hudson Over 14.5 Receiving Yards (-115)

Daniel Jones Under 33.5 Rush Yards

Lovie Smith is known for running his Tampa 2 defense and when teams run a lot of Cover 2, there are always 22 eyes on the quarterback. Last week, Jalen Hurts ran the ball nine times and only rushed for 23 yards. This Texans defense will make sure to keep Jones in front of them all day and he will have to beat them through the air.

Dameon Pierce Long Rush Over 16.5 (-114)

While the Texans defense wants to rush four and keep everything in front of them, Wink Martindale isn’t afraid to blitz and let it rip on defense. That has led to the Giants over performing for the talent level of their defense, but they are giving up 5.5 yards per carry this year. That is second worst in the NFL and Pierce is likely to break one this week.

Tanner Hudson Over 14.5 Receiving Yards (-115)

Tight-ends have done well against Houston. Last week, Dallas Goedert went for 100 yards and a touchdown on 8 catches. The Giants don’t have a lot of weapons at receiver, so they will have to utilize Hudson in the middle of the field to beat Houston.
