It's a short NHL slate set for Friday night, with just four games scheduled to take place, but it's still an intriguing one with each of the four games having some sort of tie in to the playoff race.

For example, the Calgary Flames, who have been out of the playoff picture for the entire season, are in the midst of one final push for a postseason berth. Tonight's game against the Vancouver Canucks is a near must-win for them as they try to catch the Winnipeg Jets for the final wild card spot.

The Flames are currently two points back from the Jets, and Winnipeg is also in action tonight, taking on Red Wings. If Calgary is able to take down the Canucks and the Jets fall to the Red Wings, the Flames will draw even with Winnipeg with just six games to go.

Both teams are set as sizable favorites in their respective games.

Let's take a look at the full list of best available betting odds for tonight's NHL slate.
