It’s not often that a game between the bottom two teams in a division is massive in the playoff picture, and it’s even rarer for that division to be the NFC East, but when the Giants and Commanders matchup in Week 13, it’ll be one of the biggest games of the day. Taylor Heinicke has his Commanders at 7-5 and he might be the guy to back in the prop market this week.

I’ve taken a look at all the props for this one, so here are a couple of my favorites if you want a little bit of extra action on this NFC East clash.

Best NFL Prop Bets for Commanders vs. Giants

  • Commanders 1st Half -0.5 (-105)
  • Saquon Barkley Over 69.5 Rush Yards (-115)
  • Daniel Jones Under 196.5 Pass Yards (-115)

Commanders 1st Half -0.5

Both of these teams have struggled with first half offense this season. The Giants are 29th and the Commanders are 27th, but lately things have turned around for Washington. Taylor Heinicke has led his Commanders to 16.7 first half points on average over the past three games. That is nearly double their 8.7 for the season and New York’s 7.8 on the year that hasn’t improved at all lately. I expect the Commanders to get out to an early lead and this is my best bet for the game not just as a prop.

Saquon Barkley Over 69.5 Rush Yards

Barkley was carrying this offense to start the season, but lately teams have been loading up to shut him down and are finding a lot of success. Barkley is just too dynamic for this to be his over/under for rush yards, he can get this in one touch and despite not reaching 40 yards in either of his last two I love this over.

Daniel Jones Under 196.5 Pass Yards

This goes hand in hand with my Barkley over because I think Brian Daboll is smart and is going to realise he needs to rededicate his offense to running the ball and find creative ways to get Barkley yards on the ground. If Barkely gets more than the 11 carries that he had last week, that is less of a workload on Danny Dimes’ shoulders.
