Same game parlays, particularly on stand-alone prime time games, are a ton of fun. Bettors can still enjoy the intrigue of betting small and winning big if everything comes through, minus the waiting through an entire slate. You can focus in on one matchup and watch as your bets hopefully hit throughout the evening.

At WynnBET, you can build your own same-game parlay with a variety of betting options; ranging from the spread, total, alternatives spreads and totals, and several unique prop bets and promos with multiple outcomes. By using the "Build Your Own Bet" feature, you can move certain lines at adjusted odds to put together a winning ticket.

In this game, the Buffalo Bills will take on the New Orleans Saints and we have a parlay where you can cash in on some favorable odds.

Here is a sample same-game parlay I like for Bills-Saints Thanksgiving Day Closer  A $25 entry would win $126.43 at +506 odds on WynnBET.

Emmanuel Sanders OVER 42.5 Receiving Yards (-125)

Sanders has missed this mark the last two weeks, but I'm going right back to him this week. The Bills offense hasn't been consistent in the last three weeks, but they still have an explosive offense -- and Sanders will be the beneficiary when they get back on track. Outside of the last two games, Sanders has cleared this mark in each game this season. He is averaging nearly six targets per game and will be able to get free while the Saints are focused on Stefon Diggs. The Bills need a bounce back game and Sanders will help them have one.

Devin Singletary OVER 24.5 Rushing Yards (-125)

Singletary is similar to the Bills' overall situation in that the last three weeks haven't been indicative of what he can do. He's had two games under this line this month, but he's cleared it in every other game this season. When the Bills are winning, Singletary closes the game for them and is able to get a few extra yards. The Bills are nearly a touchdown-favorite against the Saints, so I'm expecting Singletary to get those closing yards and clear his line.

Marquez Callaway UNDER 36.5 Receiving Yards (-115)

Marquez Callaway hasn't cleared this line in four of his last five games and now has Trevor Siemian going against the Bills defense. I don't think this works out well for a big-play receiver like Callaway. On top of that, his catch percentage isn't high enough for me to believe he can take advantage of multiple targets. He has a catch percentage of 42.9% this month, which is discouraging. The Bills give up the second-fewest yards through the air and Callaway isn't going to be the one to buck that trend.
