It’s the biggest game of the year in college football, No. 1 Tennessee heading to Athens to take on No. 3 Georgia for the top spot in the SEC East and likely a berth in the College Football Playoff. The Vols have already taken down Alabama on their way to 8-0 and the 8-0 Bulldogs might be next.

You know we had to put together a Same Game Parlay for this one, to win big on the biggest game of the weekend. Here are my picks and the odds for my Tennessee vs. Georgia SGP.

Best Same Game Parlay Picks for Tennessee vs. Georgia

  • Georgia -8.5 (-110)
  • Stetson Bennett Over 293.5 Passing Yards (-114)
  • Cedric Tillman Over 4.5 Receptions (-114)

Georgia -8.5 (-110)

The Bulldogs haven’t truly been tested this year, they have played a fairly weak SEC schedule. About as weak as it can be anyways, and Oregon was not Oregon when they matched up in Week 1. However, Georgia has the No. 2 total offense and No. 4 total defense.

This team is dominant just like they were a year ago. Stetson Bennett and Brock Bowers are even better on offense and despite not having a true No. 1 receiver on the outside, the Bulldogs offense has 41.8 points per game. We know that Tennessee can score, but the Vols have not been able to stop the pass, they are 127th in the country in passing defense. Bryce Young threw for 455 yards on this defense and the Vols needed a missed field goal to tie the game, they won’t get off so easy in Athens on Saturday.

Stetson Bennett Over 293.5 Passing Yards (-114)

Did I mention that Tennessee has the 127th ranked passing defense in the country. To be a true playoff contender, you don’t need the No. 1 defense, but you cannot be that bad against the pass and survive all season. Somebody is bound to expose you. Alabama did it first and now Georgia will too. The only difference is that Georgia has enough defensive talent to finally stop Hendon Hooker.

Cedric Tillman Over 4.5 Receptions (-114)

Remember that defensive talent for Georgia that I talked about. Kelee Ringo is a projected top 10 pick at corner and not just because of his game-winning interception in the National Championship game last season. Ringo is a shut-down corner and will be the first guy to even slow down Jalin Hyatt this year. That means Hooker will have to look for other options and after returning from injury last week, Tillman will reassert himself as the No. 2 guy on the outside for the Vols.
