Best Same Game Parlay Rams vs Bucs (Invest in Los Angeles)
After an electric day of NFL playoff action that resulted in two games that ended with game-winning field goals, we're on to Sunday's slate.
The day gets started off with an NFC matchup between the Los Angeles Rams and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at 3 p.m. ET. There's only five games left of the NFL season, so we need to enjoy these games as much as possible.
What better way to enjoy them then to bet on a same game parlay?
Here is my favorite one for today's Rams/Bucs matchup. A $25 bet would win you a profit of $500 at +2000 odds at WynnBET Sportsbook.
Best Same Game Parlay Picks for Rams vs. Buccaneers
- Rams +7.5
- Odell Beckham Jr. Anytime TD
- Matthew Stafford OVER 0.5 Interceptions
- Cam Akers 55+ Rushing Yards
- OVER 6.5 Total Sacks
Rams +7.5
As I wrote in my betting preview for the game, I like the Rams to win this game outright. For the sake of the same game parlay, I'm will to be extra conservative and buy a few points on the spread. We're moving the spread from Rams +2.5 to Rams +7.5. That means we're moving it past the magic numbers of three and seven. I feel comfortable about this leg of the parlay.
Odell Beckham Jr. Anytime TD
Maybe Baker Mayfield was holding back OBJ after all. He's hauled in six touchdowns in his last eight games, and he's become the Rams top deep threat. He wasn't on the Rams when they played the Buccaneers earlier this season, but Beckham Jr. can take the top off any defense and I expect Stafford to look his way a handful of time this game.
Matthew Stafford OVER 0.5 Interceptions
The one thing holding the Rams back from being a Super Bowl-winning team is Matthew Stafford and his amount of turnovers. He threw a total of eight interceptions in his last five starts, and all we need is for him to throw one today for this leg of the parlay to cash. For my Rams bet, I hope it doesn't happen, but let's be honest, it's sort of inevitable.
Cam Akers OVER 55 Rushing Yards
Cam Akers is back in action, and he looks as explosive as ever. He ran the ball 17 times last week for 55 yards, but now he gets to face a Buccaneers' defense that ranks 16th in opponent yards per carry, allowing teams to gain an average of 4.4 yards per rush against them. I think the Rams ride Akers and this will be the easiest leg of the parlay.
OVER 6.5 Total Sacks
This one's an easy handicap. The offensive line for both teams is banged up. Andrew Whitworth, the Rams top lineman, is out, and the Buccaneers' Ryan Jensen and Tristan Wirfs will likely play but are both banged up. Both teams defenses rank in the top half of the NFL in sack percentage, so this is shaping up to a strong game for both pass rushes.
