The Second Round of Wimbledon has started and we're starting to see the seeds of great runs be planted. Today, several of the stars are out and we have some great matchups on the slate.

Donnavan Smoot and Reed Wallach are set to take your through their best bets of today's matches, on both the men's and women's side.

Tallon Griekspoor vs. Carlos Alcaraz Prediction and Pick

Griekspoor is also unproven on grass, he qualified last year and won his first round matchup before being eliminated by Alexander Zverev, but I think that he can also stay close to Alcaraz like Struff did.

The No. 53 player on the ATP Tour defeated Fabio Fognini in four sets in the first round, winning 84% of his first serve points and 56% on his second serve return points. While Fognini is not as talented as Alcaraz, especially returning serves, Griekspoor should still thrive on the fast Wimbledon courts.

The Dutch player is 7-3 on grass this season and has far more form compared to Alcaraz, who only played in exhibition matches in the run up to Wimbledon.

I'll take the over games in what should be another long match for the Spaniard. – Reed Wallach

Angelique Kerber vs. Magda Linette Prediction and Pick

Kerber beat Linette earlier this year, but it took three sets to do so. I’m going to back the odds and take Kerber to win this match. This match is going to be decided by first serves, as neither player is great as a returner.

Both players win over 66.5% of her service games and win less than 40% of return games. Kerber has the experience over Linette, and I think that’s going to come into play today.

Kerber has won Wimbledon before, and Linette has only advanced past the second round twice. Unless Linette can raise the amount of break points she gets in this match, this is going to be a quick game for Kerber. – Donnavan Smoot

Lean: Kerber -4 (-105)
