We're now in the second wave of group stage matches. We've gotten a chance to see how each team looks and the scenarios for advancing to the group stage are becoming clearer and clearer.

We're going to see Spain on the pitch again, following its 7-0 win over Costa Rica, and Germany, who is in danger of not advancing to the knockout stage with a loss.

Before that match kicks off, there's three more games to pay attention to. Let's get into the picks and odds for all of them.

Japan vs. Costa Rica Prediction and Pick

After seeing what Costa Rica looked like after its match with Spain, it was clear the Costa Ricans will end up at the bottom of the table. They were outclassed on several levels and weren’t able to get anything going.

While Japan isn’t as good as Spain, there is no way we should be trusting Costa Rica in this spot.

Pick: Japan -1 (-136)

Morocco vs. Belgium Prediction and Pick

Morocco held its own with Croatia in the first match, finishing in a 0-0 draw. Belgium was able to get the 1-0 win against Canada, but it was severely outplayed by the Canadians. Morocco won’t be able to throw the amount of speed Canada had at Belgium, but it can be as aggressive.

Belgium looked vulnerable in match one. Yet even if the Belgians look bad, I don’t see this game opening up much, which is why we’re taking the UNDER on the total.

Pick: UNDER 2.5 Goals (-150)

Canada vs. Croatia Prediction and Pick

The Canadians used their speed and attacking mindset to put tons of pressure on the top team in the group. They simply weren’t able to get on the board. I think they come out with that same mindset against Croatia and start making a case as to why they might advance to the knockout stage.

Croatia wasn’t able to score against Morocco. Despite winning the possession, it didn’t get as many shots up – even with 5 corners. It’ll have to be much better against Canada, but I’m not sure the Croatians get the job done.

Pick: Canada ML/ Canada +0.5 (-134)

Germany vs. Spain Prediction and Pick

This is the match of the day, especially with the circumstances. Spain can get a second win and get a stronghold in this group, or Germany can come back from its loss and put itself in an important final match.

Spain is great, but its 7-0 win over Costa Rica was clearly about the inferiority of the opponent. Still, the Spaniards have the leg up because of the power they have on their attacking line. Expect them to bring the fight to Germany and win the shots on goal battle.

Regardless of who wins, there will be goals scored in this game.

Pick: OVER 2.5 Goals (-136)
