Bills vs. Lions Prediction and Odds for NFL Week 12 (Detroit Can't Keep Up With Josh Allen on Thanksgiving)
The Buffalo Bills and Detroit Lions will get the festivities started on Thanksgiving when the two teams kick-off an interconference matchup that will begin at 12:30 p.m. ET.
The Lions have rattled off three-straight wins, but this will be their biggest achievement to date if they can upset the Super Bowl favorites.
Meanwhile, the Bills can ill-afford to lose another game if they want a chance at locking up the No. 1 seed in the AFC.
Let's dive into the latest odds for the game and then I'll give you my best bet.

Bills vs. Lions Prediction and Pick
Josh Allen and the Bills offense should have a field day with the Lions' defense. The Lions rank dead last in the NFL in opponent yards per play, giving up 6.4 yards per snap. They're also last in opponent yards per pass attempt, giving up 7.8 yards per throw.
For the Lions to have any chance in this game, they're going to have to score enough to keep pace with Buffalo, and I don't think they have the ability to do so. The Bills defense has been hurt all season, but they've slowly begun to get healthy.
Most notably, Jordan Poyer returned to the lineup last week against the Browns, and his return helped Buffalo's defense keep the Browns to only 3.1 yards per carry.
If the Bills can keep the Lions' run defense in check like they did with the Browns, that should be enough for Buffalo to win with margin and get Thanksgiving started off with a dominant win.
