The Buffalo Bills and Los Angeles Rams kick off the NFL season tonight and all of us football fans can finally rejoice.

This is a matchup between the reigning Super Bowl champs and the team everyone thinks will at least make the Super Bowl this season.

Back in the summer, this game was a pick’em. Now the Bills are favored by nearly a field goal. A lot has changed up until this point, so let’s dive into the odds and see where the value now lies.

On Monday, Peter Dewey broke down this game and went with the defending champions -- who are now home underdogs.

McVay has been fantastic to start seasons, and now he has one of the best rosters during his time in Los Angeles. I really am surprised that oddsmakers are so high on the Bills that Los Angeles is a dog in this game. I think the Rams actually can win this game straight up, especially if they can feed off the momentum from the pre-game ring ceremony.

I have to agree with him here. The Bills are talented and Josh Allen is fantastic, but so are the Rams. Los Angeles was 3-0 SU as an underdog last season and was only a home 'dog once.

The Bills still need to put all the pieces together, as their inconsistency cost them several games last year. It's going to be a good year for Buffalo, but we need to slow down their coronation.
