After picking up a 2-1 victory in the first game of the series, the 6-5 Boston Red Sox hope for their fourth win in five contests as they host the 6-5 Toronto Blue Jays tonight at 7:10 PM EST.

Nick Pivetta will be on the mound for Boston and he's been dreadful in his first two starts, giving up eight runs over just 7.2 innings in a pair of losses. He's walked five and surrendered three home runs already, so he could be in for a long day against a potent Blue Jays offense.

Toronto will counter with Jose Berrios, who has been just as bad if not worse than Pavetta. In two starts, Berrios has given up seven runs in 5.1 innings with five walks and three home runs as well.

Which squad has the edge in a matchup of downtrodden pitchers? Can the Red Sox keep rolling or will Toronto get back in the win column?

Let's check out the odds from WynnBET as we find some value in this Blue Jays vs Red Sox matchup:

Blue Jays vs Red Sox Prediction and Pick

Holy smokes, these pitchers are bad. Try not to scream, but take a look at each starter's profile through two starts in 2022. Let's start with Nick Pavetta:

Uh, disgusting. Alright, now time for Jose Berrios. Drum roll please...

Oh, god! My eyes, make it stop!

Yeah, this may be the leader in the clubhouse for worst pitching matchup so far this season. To make matters worse, both teams have middling bullpens and Boston used their top relievers in yesterday's win. As a cherry on top, the wind is blowing out to center field today so the ball is going to carry.

We're going to have a gluttony of runs today. These lineups are due for a breakout and there's no better time than when you're facing YMCA-level pitching.

Give me the over up to 10 and I'd take a hard look at home run props too. That thing is going to fly.

Pick: Over 9.0 (-115)
