The baseball world is focused on a potential chaotic finish to the American League wild card race, but what you may not know is that a little bit of chaos could also go down in the National League as well.
After a season-long battle between the Giants and the Dodgers for the top spot in the National League West, the Giants hold on to a one-game lead heading into the season finale.

If San Francisco falls to the Padres today, and Los Angeles manages to defeat the Brewers, the two teams will face-off in a 163rd game on Monday to determine who will be crowned kings of the division.
The loser, despite holding the second best record in all of baseball, will have to face the Cardinals in the National League wild card game.
WynnBET has the Dodgers set as -265 (bet $265 to profit $100) favorites in their game against the Brewers today, who are set as +225 underdogs. The total for the game is set at 8.5 runs.
Get ready for a WILD final day of the MLB season! Up for grabs we have:

It’s hard to imagine the defending World Series champions and the team that holds the best run differential in baseball drop a big game to the Brewers with a shot at the NL West on the line.
It might be a square bet, but I’m going to back the Dodgers -1.5 runline at -130, which means they’ll need to win the game by at least two runs for my bet to cash.
It especially helps that the Dodgers are trotting out the likely winner of the NL Cy Young award in Walker Buehler for today’s game. He holds a 15-4 record with a stellar 2.49 ERA this season.
The Dodgers are 3-3 against the Brewers this season, losing the first three meetings but then winning the last three, including the first two games of the current series.
This game could end up being a preview of the eventual NLCS as the Brewers have the easiest path to it, having to face the Braves in the NLDS.
Give me the Dodgers -1.5 runline today and let’s see if things will get interesting atop the NL West.
Don't forget that it's NFL Sunday!
