With the PGA Tour having a smaller tournament this week in the Rocket Mortgage Classic, it's a great time to take a look at the DP World Tour, formally known as the European Tour.

It's a strong field for a DP World Tour event at this week's British Masters, so let's see if we can find an outright winner.

Let's take a look at the odds to win and then I'll give you my three best bet.

British Masters odds to win

British Masters picks and predictions

Alexander Bjork +2500

Of all the golfers in the field, it's Alexander Bjork who might be entering in the best form. His last seven starts have gone; T16, T14, 4th, T4, T29, T6, T9.

That's four top 10s in his last five starts in six straight top 30 finishes. He's also third on the DP World Tour in total strokes gained, so he has the stats to back it up as well.

The only red flag for Bjork is that he missed the cut at this event last year, but I'm hoping his hot form will make up for a lack of historical course success.

Yannik Paul +4500

Yannik Paul has been one of the best ball strikers on the DP World Tour this season. He enters the event ranking fifth in strokes gained approach, and also his putter has been hot. At his last start at the Volvo Car Scandinavian Mixed, he gained 1.46 strokes per round with his putter which resulted in a T3 finish.

If he can match up a great putter week with his strong iron play, he's a strong contender to get the win.

He also finished in third here in 2021 and 16th last season, so he has the course history to back it up.

Calum Hill +5000

Calum Hill is a mix between great course history and strong recent form. He didn't compete in this event last year, but he finished 9th here in 2020 and 8th in 2021, when it was also hosted at The Belfry.

Hill is also coming off a T10 finish at the BMW International Open.
