Browns vs. Bengals Prediction, Odds, Spread and Over/Under for NFL Week 9
By Matt De Saro
Both teams are coming into this Week 9 game off losses and in need of bounce-back performances. The Browns saw the return of Baker Mayfield last week in the game against the Steelers, but, the team still came up short in a defensive battle ending with a 15-10 win for Pittsburgh.
Meanwhile, things were even worse for the Bengals who were victims of the most surprising outcome of the day. Cincy lost to the Jets as massive favorites 34-31. Worse still is that the Bengals were bested by the Jet’s backup quarterback. The loss dropped Cincy to 5-3 on the year and out of first place in the division. They now trail the Ravens by a half-game.
So, which if these struggling AFC North rivals come out of Week 9 with a win? Here are the odds for this Week 9 matchup, courtesy of WynnBET Sportsbook.

Browns vs. Bengals Prediction and Pick
One thing that both the Browns and Bengals have is defense. While the Bengals’ defense got shredded like pulled pork by a rookie quarterback making his first start, they are still a talented group. Each team does a lot to limit the yardage that opposing players are able to put up. Motivation will be high for these division rivals but, I think the defenses dominate the field. Much like the Steelers vs Browns game from Sunday that totaled 25 points.
While I don’t expect this game to be quite so low-scoring, I don’t expect a shootout in Ohio. The Browns haven’t had anyone score more than 17 points on them in a few weeks and I think that combined, these two teams have the type of game that Rex Ryan would love to watch.
Prediction: Browns vs Bengals UNDER 45.5 (-110)
