Two titans of the NHL square off tonight as the 43-20-7 Tampa Bay Lightning host the 44-21-5 Boston Bruins at 7:00 PM EST.

Just because they're titans, though, doesn't mean they're both coming in standing tall. Tampa Bay has lost three straight after a four-game winning streak and are in need of a strong performance to break out of their slump.

Boston has been great lately, winning 10 of their last 13, including a 3-2 win over the Lightning a couple of weeks ago.

Can the Bruins stay hot and get a second-straight win over Tampa Bay or will the home favorites snap their skid?

The Lightning have given up 15 goals in their last three games, all losses, and now take on a Bruins squad that is averaging 4.83 goals per game in their last six.

Boston has been great on the road too, going 10-3 in their last 13 away from home. I trust their form, as they've played a difficult schedule in that stretch but have pulled out wins thanks to their strong offense.

As their defense has faltered, the over has hit in five straight Tampa Bay contests. It's 5-1 in Boston's last six as well, so I love getting plus money on these trends continuing.

But I also love the Bruins at +130. They've won both of their last two games against the Lightning, including a 5-2 road win in January, and they're catching a struggling Tampa Bay squad at the perfect time.
