Syracuse and Bryant meet in a non conference meeting on Saturday in Upstate New York.

The Orange are coming off a strong showing in Brooklyn this past week at the Empire Classic, nearly winning the Multi-Team Event before falling to St. John's in overtime. They now face a high powered Bryant offense that will look to gash the patented Syracuse zone defense.

Bryant's offense is one of the best of all the mid majors, 107th in terms of KenPom's adjusted efficiency metric, but they post the 65th best effective field goal percentage, rebound nearly 36% of their misses (39th in the country) and hsoot over 41% from beond the arc.

The Bulldogs play at the second fastest tempo in the country and will get a great matchup against a flimsy Syracuse zone defense that is allowing a top 40 three-point rate and 321st in defensive rebounding rate.

The Orange will be content to play fast and shoot from three, shooting 35% from the perimeter and posting the 43rd best offensive efficiency mark in the country, per KenPom.

Bryant has scored 70 or more points in every game this season and 85 or more in three of four, I expect we see each team crack the mid 80's with this kind of pace and clear the over.
