Buy Low on These 3 NFL Teams’ Win Totals in 2022 Season
We’re less than 100 days away from the start of the NFL season, which means that OTAs are up and running and we can buy into all the offseason news of the day. Some of the news is going to be coach speak and cliches about teams that believe they have a chance when they really don’t. However, some of the news will be real and those teams will be improved.
WynnBET has released win totals for every NFL team for this upcoming season. Here are three teams that I am going to take buy low on right now.
Jacksonville Jaguars OVER 6.5 Wins (+105)
I am all in on the Jacksonville Jaguars this season. I think they have a legitimate chance to win the AFC South and at the bare minimum, I think they will be much improved. With a win total of 6.5 wins, the Jaguars would have to be sem-successful in the division in order to clear it. They were able to beat the Colts last year, the Texans are still a mess and I expect the Titans to take a step back.
The Jags have a brand new coaching staff and a new lease on life. If Doug Pederson can get the best out of Trevor Lawrence, this is a steal for the Jaguars.
Washington Commanders UNDER 7.5 (+115)
I understand that this isn’t necessarily buying low on a team, yet I like this price so I’m going to bite on it. The Commanders’ Super Bowl odds dropped when they acquired Carson Wentz. This has the potential to be a horrendous decision.
The Commanders have to play against the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles four times this season and always are in a fight with the Giants. If they can’t get wins inside the division, I don’t see how they get to this line. On top of that, the elite defense that was supposed to carry them last season fell off incredibly hard.
Pittsburgh Steelers OVER 7.5 Wins (+105)
If there’s one thing I won’t do, it’s doubt Mike Tomlin to get a competent team on the field. Tomlin has never had a losing season as the Steelers’ coach. Even if the Steelers end up under .500, they can still get to eight wins. The Steelers have a good defense, got an upgrade at quarterback and have an electric running back to run the offense through.
Even as bad as the Steelers (really Ben Roethlisberger) looked last year, they were still able to make the playoffs. I’ll take Pittsburgh to be average at plus money.
