There’s still a lot of basketball left to be played, but the Western Conference is a two-team race at this point. The Golden State Warriors and the Phoenix Suns are going to finish as the top two teams in the conference, but whoever finishes first will also win the division – which is where the value is.

WynnBET currently has the Warriors’ odds to win the Pacific Division at -145. Phoenix is second at +100. The Warriors being that much of a favorite is an overreaction to Klay Thompson coming back into the lineup. Yet, it provides a great opportunity to bet on the Suns with plus odds.

These two teams are separated by 0.5 games with the season series at 2-1 (in favor of the Warriors). There isn’t a legitimate reason to have the Warriors’ odds so far ahead of the Suns, when they can change on any given night.

Phoenix is third in the league in net rating and second in defensive rating and are 0.2 points per 100 possessions away from being in the top 5 of offensive rating. The Suns are legit and are an even better team than last year’s Finals team.

At this point, any time the Warriors or Suns are at plus money to win the division, take it. This is a race that won’t be settled until after the All-Star break and likely in the last games of the season.  These odds are going to continue to flip throughout the season, but strike while the iron's hot on the Suns.
