Celtics vs. Heat Prediction and Odds: Back the Under Tonight
By Reed Wallach
The Boston Celtics are on the second leg of a back-to-back and set to face the scorching Miami Heat, who have the best record in the Eastern Conference at 6-1.
The Celtics have been the subject of some internal turmoil after a slow start to the year, and Marcus Smart took to the media to address concerns with Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown. Well, the early returns were positive as Boston beat the Orlando Magic on Wednesday night, 92-79.
Can they make it two straight? Let's check out the odds from WynnBET Sportsbook and find the best bet on this Thursday matchup.

Celtics vs. Heat Prediction and Pick
The Heat feel like a team that is due for some serious regression. They have the best net rating in the league thus far, +16.4, and are top two in both offensive and defensive rating.
I see a step back on the offensive side of the ball for Miami while still maintaining their physical defense. One side seems sustainable, the other feels like an outlier start.
As for the Celtics, there are still issues on this roster and I think Smart's comments only highlight what is wrong with the team right now. Facing a physical, defensive-minded team in the Heat, the Celts will struggle to score and I see this game as a prime under spot.
Unders are hitting at an astronomical clip, 63% through Wednesday's NBA slate, and while this will even out over the course of the season, I'm not there yet.
I like the under in this 2020 Eastern Conference Finals rematch.
Pick: UNDER 214.5 (-110)
