USC quarterback Caleb Williams may have wrapped up the 2022 Heisman Trophy on Saturday night in their victory over Notre Dame, but the Trojans star needs one more victory to have a shot at the College Football Playoff.

With a win this Friday over Utah in the Pac-12 Championship game from Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, USC should find themselves in one of the final four spots to represent the conference in the College Football Playoff for the first time since 2016-17 when Washington got in as the No. 4 seed.

A total of 10 college football conference championships take place in Week 14, beginning with the Conference USA Championship between North Texas and UTSA from the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas Friday night, and wrapping up Saturday as Purdue faces Michigan in the BIg Ten title game in Indianapolis, followed by Clemson vs. North Carolina in the ACC Championship in Charlotte, N.C.

The other power 5 conferences kick off earlier in the day, as Kansas State takes on TCU to start the day Saturday from Arlington, Texas in the Big 12 Championship, while LSU and Georgia meet in the SEC Championship mid-afternoon from Atlanta. A win for the Bulldogs would give them 17 straight victories in the SEC going back to 2021.
