This is a rematch of a 1-1 draw from November and I think the draw is presenting value once again. Chelsea has only won outright once in their past five Premier League fixtures while Burnley is winless in their last five but have covered the spread in four.

The Blues could be without key contributors like Andreas Christensen and Cesar Azplicueta, not to mention the mental and physical exhaustion that is likely to follow the EFL Cup.

In Chelsea's last three as a favorite, they've drawn twice. Meanwhile, while Burnley only has three Premier League wins this season, they've had 12 draws. They've drawn in half of their home fixtures and would be happy with one against the Blues here.
