Amongst a stacked Sunday slate in Week 13 of the NFL season is a rematch of last year's AFC Championship between the Kansas City Chiefs and Cincinnati Bengals.

The Chiefs are battling to hold on to the top spot in the conference, while the Bengals still have work to do to secure their spot in this year's postseason.

Let's take a look at the latest odds for the game and I'll also give you my prediction.

Chiefs vs. Bengals Odds, Spread, and Total

Chiefs vs. Bengals Odds, Spread, and Total Movement

The Chiefs opened as 2.5-point favorites. The line has moved down one point to Chiefs -1.5 at most sportsbooks. The total has increased one point from 51.5 to 52.5.

Chiefs vs. Bengals Prediction and Pick

The Chiefs offense has been dominant in recent weeks, averaging 7.2 yards per play over their last three games, the best mark in the NFL by a mile.

The Bengals have performed much better as of late than they did early in the season, but they enter this game ranking just 13th in net yards per play. I haven't seen them perform well enough on offense to convince me that they can keep up with the Chiefs.

Kansas City struggles to cover large spreads, but they're worth strong consideration any time their favored by less than a field goal, which they are in this situation. I'll take a chance on the Chiefs as small favorites.
