Are you looking for a player to win NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year in 2022? If so, you should strongly consider betting receiver Skyy Moore of the Kansas City Chiefs.

Last week on BetSided's "Daily Betslip," I explained why Moore is in the best situation to succeed of all offensive rookies.

The entire episode of Daily BetSlip is below, with our NFL Offensive and Defensive Rookie of the Year discussion time-stamped.

Before diving further on why Moore is the man, let's take a look at the top 10 odds to win OROY via WynnBET Sportsbook.

2022 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year Odds

  • Romeo Doubs +800
  • George Pickens +850
  • Kenny Pickett +900
  • Breece Hall +1000
  • Chris Olave +1000
  • Skyy Moore +1200
  • Drake London +1200
  • Kenneth Walker III +1400
  • Treylon Burks +1500
  • Brian Robinson Jr. +1600

Skyy Moore is Best Bet to Win NFL OROY

Most seasons, the OROY award goes to a quarterback. That likely won't be the case this season. The only one who has a chance to start all season is Kenny Pickett, but reports from training camp seem to indicate that it's Mitch Trubisky's job to lose.

So, that means this year's winner is likely going to be a running back or a receiver, and no other player, in my opinion, is entering a better situation than Skyy Moore.

Moore will be playing with arguably the best quarterback in the game in Patrick Mahomes, and he has the chance to quickly become the number one option at receiver. With the departure of Tyreek Hill, Juju Smith-Shuster, Mecole Hardman, and Marquez Valdes-Scantling are the top three guys, none of whom give me No. 1 receiver vibes.

Other receivers are either buried behind the depth chart or have a questionable quarterback throwing them the ball, like George Pickens, Chris Olave, and Drake London. Then there's some running backs who are playing behind porous offensive lines, like Breece Hall and Dameon Pierce.

The only other players who are entering as favorable of situations as Moore, are Green Bay Packers rookie receivers Christian Watson and, new betting favorite, Romeo Doubs. But, which of the two will come out as the top option? Who's to say.

Skyy Moore, given his situation and talent, is my best bet to win Offensive Rookie of the Year at +1200.
