Chiefs vs. Chargers Best Same Game Parlay Picks for Sunday Night Football
By Peter Dewey
The Kansas City Chiefs and Los Angeles Chargers face off in primetime in Week 11, in what should be a fun offensive matchup.
While betting parlays isn’t a way to be a profitable sports bettor, they are fun to put together and sprinkle a smaller amount on for these primetime games.
Here’s a same-game parlay to consider betting on this matchup:
Best Same Game Parlay Picks for Chiefs vs. Chargers
- Chargers +10.5 vs. Chiefs
- Isiah Pacheco OVER 39.5 Rushing Yards
- Mike Williams OVER 49.5 Receiving Yards
- Keenan Allen Anytime Touchdown Scorer
Chargers +10.5 vs. Chiefs
I think the Chargers are being undervalued here, especially at home.
When you look back to every matchup (five) between these two teams with Justin Herbert at quarterback, the games are much closer than you’d think. The Chargers have kept every game within one possession or simply won outright.
The Chargers have covered this number in four of five games in the Mahomes-Herbert era, and the lone loss ATS was in overtime. So, why not move the spread to 10.5 and give ourselves an extra five points?
With Keenan Allen and Mike Williams back in the lineup, I think the Chargers offense could be the most explosive it's been all season tonight and should keep this within double digits at home.
Isiah Pacheco OVER 39.5 Rushing Yards
Isiah Pacheco has taken over as the lead runner for the Chiefs, with Clyde Edwards-Helaire not even registering a carry in Week 10.
Pacheco ran for 82 yards on 16 carries against the Jacksonville Jaguars, and now he gets a favorable matchup with the Chargers in Week 11.
Los Angeles is 31st in the league in opponent yards per carry allowed, giving up 5.4 yards per tote. That should play right into Pacheco’s hands, and if he sees similar usage to last week he will soar past this alternate number.
Mike Williams OVER 49.5 Receiving Yards
Mike Williams went off in his first game against the Chiefs this season, catching eight passes for 113 yards and a score.
He should see a ton of targets in this matchup, especially with Allen back and taking up attention from the Kansas City defense. Moving his receiving yards total down to 49.5 is a steal in this matchup.
Keenan Allen Anytime Touchdown Scorer
Since Keenan Allen is expected to play this week, taking him to score is a solid bet against Kansas City.
This could be a high-scoring affair, and Herbert finally has his safety blanket in Allen back in the lineup.
Despite playing just the first half in Week 1, Allen caught four passes for 66 yards.
The Chargers are going to need to throw the ball to keep up with Patrick Mahomes and company, so I'll take Allen to find the end zone tonight at better odds than Williams.
