Chiefs vs. Chargers Prediction, Odds, Against Spread and Over/Under for NFL Week 15
By Matt De Saro
The Thursday Night Football matchup for Week 15 features two teams who have caught fire in the second half of the season The Kansas City Chiefs hit the road to SoFi Stadium to take on the Los Angeles Chargers.
The Chargers continue to inch their way towards the top spot in the AFC West after beating New York Giants 37-21 in Week 14. Justin Herbert continues to impress and will be a very hard matchup for the Chiefs' shaky defense to contend with.
The Chiefs, meanwhile, have shaken off their early-season issues and look like the Super Bowl contenders many thought they would be. KC absolutely crushed the Raiders in Week 14 48-9 after scoring on the first play from scrimmage off of a recovered fumble. That really set the tone for the game and it was basically over as soon as it started.

Chiefs vs. Chargers Prediction and Pick
This marks the second time these two teams will face off this season. In the first meeting, the Chargers came out on top of a close 30-24 game after outscoring the Chiefs 16-7 in the fourth quarter.
This time around, Patrick Mahomes will need to step up if KC has a shot at keeping pace with Herbert and the Chargers’ offensive attack. The Chargers have scored more than 35 points in three of their last four games and can put up numbers in bunches.
The path to success for the Chargers is to play consistently and pretty much do what they have been doing over the last few weeks. I do worry about the Chargers' defense which hasn’t been the best. They give up nearly 30 points per game and while the Chiefs’ offense isn’t what it once was, it’s still very dangerous.
With two of the best offenses in the world going up against two suspect defenses, I am turning to the total here. At 51 I think this is a very beatable spot for these two teams. The Chargers have back-to-back wins in which they scored more than 36 points and the Chiefs put up 48 points yesterday on the Raiders.
Pick: OVER 51 (-110)
