It's November, which means that it's starting to get colder across the country and you need to become more mindful of weather when betting on college football games.

While Hurricane Nicole is passing through the East Coast, it's not supposed to directly impact any games, but the fallout of it may be causing wind in the midwest, leading to some depressed totals in the Big Ten, namely Purdue vs. Illinois in a game with massive Big Ten West implications

. Here's the latest weather forecast for Week 11 games that may be impacted by increased winds:

Indiana vs. Ohio State Weather Forecast

  • FORECAST: Despite no movement on the total as of this writing, there is a greater than 80% chance of snow/rain in the forecast for Columbus, Ohio. However, wind shouldn't play a big role in this one, less than six miles per hour of wind in the forecast.

Maryland vs. Penn State Weather Forecast

  • FORECAST: It's expected to a wet one in Happy Valley, with an 85% chance of rain in the forecast as well as winds north of 10 miles pre hour. The total has dropped slightly from 58 to 57 as I expect money to continue to pile in on the under as pregame shots from this one shows poor conditions.

Purdue vs. Illinois Weather Forecast

  • FORECAST: There are projected winds nearly 12 miles per hour in Champaign, Illinois, which has dropped this total from an opener of 47 to 44.5 as of this writing. Last week, Purdue played in severe winds and the pass-happy offense could only muster three points against a stingy Iowa team.

Nebraska vs. Michigan Weather Forecast

  • FORECAST: There is projected winds of nearly 10 miles per hour in Ann Arbor on Saturday afternoon with a 66% chance of precipitation, which is part of the reason this total has fallen from 51 to 48.5. However, it's worth noting that Nebraska will be without starting quarterback Casey Thompson once again for this one, which could have contributed to the drop.
