College Football Week 1 Opening Odds: Alabama vs. Miami, Georgia vs. Clemson Highlight the Slate

Now that Week 0 has come and gone, college football’s “true” opening weekend has finally arrived.
The Pac 12 gets started with two of their top 25 teams in action on Thursday night as both No. 24 Utah and No. 25 Arizona State matchup against opponents from the Big Sky conference., The Big Ten’s reigning champions, the Ohio State Buckeyes, head to Minneapolis for a division matchup against the Golden Gophers.
On Friday night, Mack Brown’s 10th-ranked North Carolina Tar Heels open on the road in Blacksburg, VA against the Hokies of Virginia Tech in an early 6:00 pm ET kickoff.
Saturday features 14 top-25 matchups throughout the day. Fans can settle in in the morning with No. 2 Oklahoma on the road at Tulane, as well as two ranked Big Ten matchups in No. 19 Penn State at No. 12 Wisconsin, and later on when No. 17 Indiana travels to Iowa City for a kickoff against No. 18 Iowa.
In the afternoon, the top ranked Alabama Crimson Tide heads to Atlanta for a neutral site matchup vs. No. 14 Miami. The other neutral site showdown takes place in Charlotte later on that evening, when No. 5 Georgia faces No. 3 Clemson.
The final ranked team plays Sunday evening of Labor Day Weekend, as No. 9 Notre Dame travels to Florida State.
