The five-day weekend to kick off college football was about all fans and bettors could ask for!

There were top 25 matches galore, several crazy finishes, but perhaps the most entertaining game of all came Sunday night in New Orleans between the Florida State Seminoles (-3.5) and LSU Tigers.

After the Tigers botched a second punt return, the 'Noles were set to put the game away a few years from the goal line to make it a two-possession lead with 1:25 left in the 4th quarter. Instead, they coughed it up and gave LSU one final chance to tie it up, or possibly take the lead.

The Tigers marched 99 yards down the field and score; needing just an extra point to force overtime. Then, college football happened.

We also saw that the many of the consensus top teams in the sport came out ready to play, as four-plus touchdown favorites all went undefeated against the spread against other FBS opponents.

With Week 1 in the books, Week 2 odds and totals are already out; beginning with the Louisville Cardinals taking on the UCF Knights on Thursday night.
