After trading away Carson Wentz, the Indianapolis Colts have a lot of work to do before the end of the NFL offseason.

They've got a stacked roster ready to compete, highlighted by perhaps the best running game in the league. Quenton Nelson leads a sensational offensive line and Jonathan Taylor is among the top running backs in the NFL, but Sam Ehlinger is the only quarterback on the roster.

Indianapolis obviously won't be going into the season with only Ehlinger in the QB room, and it looks like the Colts have already been surveying their options.

If they're able to acquire Ryan, they'd finally have a quarterback worthy of their roster and we'd see their Super Bowl odds reflect that.

Colts Super Bowl Odds

WynnBET Sportsbook currently has the Colts listed at +2000 to win the Super Bowl. These odds are tied for the 15th-highest on the board and 9th-highest in the AFC. Odds of +2000 gives Indianapolis an implied probability of 4.76% to win it all.

The Colts would not be nearly this high if oddsmakers expected Ehlinger to be their starting quarterback, so sportsbooks clearly think a move is coming. The AFC South is relatively weak, with the Titans representing the best odds to win the Super Bowl at +1500.

With a division ripe for taking and a roster set to compete, acquiring Matt Ryan would likely push Indianapolis up amongst the best odds in the AFC.

Bettors should consider making a move on the Colts before they acquire another QB, because this is likely the shortest their odds will be in the coming future.
