The Indianapolis Colts, now with Matt Ryan under the helm, start their 2022 campaign on the road against the AFC favorite Buffalo Bills.
We’re likely not going to see any of the stars, but can either of the new additions on either side make enough of an impact to make a difference?

Colts vs. Bills Prediction and Pick
When looking at this game, my decision is coming down to the third-string quarterback. On the Colts’ side, they have Sam Ehlinger as their signal caller, while the Bills have Matt Barkley.
Maybe my Texas Longhorn bias is showing, but I like Sam Ehlinger in this matchup. He played in three preseason games last season, throwing for 288 yards with a 67.7% completion percentage.
The Colts also have Phillip Lindsay and Ty’Son Williams who both started games last season, and Indianapolis has also been great in the preseason under Frank Reich; going 7-3-1 ATS in his tenure.
I’ll back the Colts as slight favorites on the road.
Pick: Colts -1 (-110)
