The Colts and the Broncos face off in this week’s edition of Thursday Night Football. While the “superstar” power may be somewhat low in this game, there are still a lot of excellent players taking the field.

With some potential injuries and a few players underperforming this season, let’s tackle the prop market for this game and find the best props to take.

Best Prop Bets For Colts-Broncos Week 5

  • Jerry Jeudy Anytime TD Scorer
  • Russell Wilson OVER 231.5 Passing Yards
  • Michael Pittman Jr. OVER 64.5 Receptions

Jerry Jeudy Anytime TD Scorer

Jeudy has scored two touchdowns this season and is coming off a game in which he scored one. The Broncos’ passing offense looked like it was starting to round into form on Sunday, and now it gets a chance to continue that momentum at home.

With Javonte Williams out, expect the Broncos to be a little more pass heavy – especially with Melvin Gordon in the backfield. If that’s the case, Jeudy should see a couple more targets and more chances to score.

Russell Wilson OVER 231.5 Passing Yards

Wilson has cleared this line in two of the first four games of the season. For his career, he’s averaged over 250 yards per game against the Colts. Wilson hasn’t been everything people thought he was going to be when he got traded to the Broncos, but he has started to settle into this offense. He took – and connected – on some deep shots last week. That’s the bread and butter of his game.

As long as Wilson remains aggressive and is racking up chunk plays, this is a good line – particularly with the Colts’ pass defense coming in at average.

Michael Pittman Jr. OVER 64.5 Receptions

Yes, Pittman missed this line last week. However, that was the first time he failed to clear this line. He’s the No. 1 receiver on a team that will be with an injured Jonathan Taylor at best. Matt Ryan will be forced to look his way and give him the ball.

I have this game playing out with the Broncos holding a lead late, puting Indianapolis in a position to have to pass. Down the stretch of the game, Pittman will be targeted for some garbage time yards.
