These are two teams that are legitimately bad, but one will add a win to their record this week – and that will be the Washington Commanders.
Chicago was able to put up a fight against the Vikings, but its lack of explosiveness on the outside will be its downfall. The Bears are 27th in points per game, 22nd in yards per play and 31st in yards per game. They don’t move the ball well enough to be trusted – even at home.
The Bears’ top 2 receivers combined for 76 yards on Sunday. Meanwhile, Dyami Brown of the Commanders had 75 yards by himself – on one play.
The Commanders haven’t been able to win games, but the numbers Wentz has put up shows me there’s a little fight in them. Wentz finished yesterday with over 350 yards passing and two touchdowns. If he can move the ball like that against Chicago, I like the Commanders to snap their four-game losing streak.
