Current Masters Odds: Scottie Scheffler Leads the Pack into Saturday, Tiger Woods Makes Cut but Remains Far Behind
By Ben Heisler
Have a day, Scottie Scheffler.
The hottest golfer on the planet stole some of the headlines away from Tiger Woods' incomparable first two rounds at Augusta National, firing a five-under 67 the day after a 3-under 69.
Scheffler was brilliant on the back nine, shooting four-under par as windy conditions hailed down on the course. His five stroke lead ties five others for the largest lead after two rounds in Masters Tournament history. The only one of those five to not win was Harry Cooper back in 1936.
