Best Home Run Picks Today
- Freddie Freeman - Los Angeles Dodgers (+340)
- Jose Ramirez - Cleveland Guardians (+335) - Available at WynnBET
- Ian Happ - Chicago Cubs (+450) - Available at WynnBET
Freddie Freeman - Los Angeles Dodgers (+340)
I chose a Dodger yesterday, and I’m going to do it again. The Dodgers are going up against German Marquez, who has given up a home run in four of his last five starts. The Colorado air is primed for balls to be hit out of the park and Freeman will cash in today. Freeman has hit three of his eight homers in the last 10 days. He’s on a hot streak right now and a matchup with a hittable-pitcher is on tap tonight. -- Donnavan Smoot
We haven’t seen Los Angeles Dodgers star Freddie Freeman hit for as much power this season (only eight homers in 73 games), but he’s still seeing the ball well with a .306/.388/.486 slash line. I think he’s in a great spot to go deep tonight against the Colorado Rockies at Coors Field. Colorado will start German Marquez, who has been absolutely lit up this season, allowing 14 homers in 14 starts and compiling a 5.58 ERA.Freeman has never homered off of Marquez in his career, but the Rockies righty has allowed at least one homer in six of his last eight starts. Tonight’s the night Freddie goes deep. -- Peter Dewey
Jose Ramirez - Cleveland Guardians (+335)
Arguably the best hitter in baseball this season, Ramirez has a favorable matchup against Bundy on Wednesday. Bundy allows fly balls on north of 60% of balls in play and more than 12% leave the park. The Guardians third baseman does damage against righties as well, hitting .313 with 13 of his 16 homers coming against them. -- Reed Wallach
Ian Happ - Chicago Cubs (+450)
Ian Happ has hit eight homers this season, and I think we're going to start to see some more of his balls leave the park as we enter the summer months. He sports a strong .273 batting average, and he'll get a good chance to improve on both that and his home run total tonight when he takes on Hunter Green and the Reds.
Green has a 5.66 ERA this season, and has given up an average of 2.6 home runs per nine innings pitched, which is one of the worst marks in the Majors. I'd recommend betting on a Cub to go yard tonight, and I'll be backing Ian Happ. -- Iain MacMillan
