Henry, who carried the ball 28 times for 68 on Sunday, had gotten all the way up to +2000 odds at WynnBET to win the league's MVP award.
Losing Henry would be a massive blow to Tennessee's Super Bowl hopes, even though it is in control of the AFC South.
The Titans were up to +1800 on WynnBET to win the Super Bowl, but they will certainly take a hit in those odds if Henry's season is done.
The 6-2 Titans will likely turn to Jeremy McNichols and Dontrell Hilliard in the backfield, but it would surprising if they didn't make a free agent additon as well.
On the season, Henry has rushed for a league-best 937 yards and 10 touchdowns in eight games.
