The Philadelphia Eagles have not fared well in the preseason recently with an 0-5-1 record in their last six games. They face the Cleveland Browns who are minus Deshaun Watson after his suspension was lengthened to 11 games by the league. 

The Browns are 1-0 this preseason after a win over Jacksonville last week, and willt try to get an extended look at Jacoby Brissett with the starters.

Throughout the week with the announcement that Deshaun Watson will not play in the preseason after his suspension was lengthened. The Browns do not want to take reps away from Jacoby Brissett in the preseason. 

The total has dropped and the line has moved in the Eagles' direction. 

Eagles vs. Browns Best Bet and Prediction

Kevin Stefanski wants to see something from his quarterback in this one. Brissett has to start the first 11 weeks of the season and could make or break the Browns season. This gives them much more incentive to play their starters for longer and potentially show more of their offense. 

Brissett will likely be in Stefanski’s play-action based system and that will create some efficient throws for him. A lot of that is based on timing and the only way to build that rapport with receivers is to be on the field. 

To me all signs point to the Browns in this one even with the Eagles having the two best quarterbacks in the game. Jalen Hurts and Gardner Minshew are better than Brissett in my opinion and could move the ball for Philly, but Cleveland has more riding on the preseason.
