There's a ton of intrigue around this matchup, mainly because this is the first time we are seeing live game action of two new coaches. Woodson takes the helm at Indiana after years in the NBA ranks, so there will be questions about how he builds the team around Jackson-Davis.

As for the other side, the Eagles hired Stan Heath to start what may be an arduous rebuild for EMU. The team returns just 38% of their minutes from last season and used six of his seven scholarships on freshman. It will be a tough ask for him to get his team ready to face a veteran IU squad that has more than two-thirds of their minutes back and should benefit from a change in defensive scheme from Miller's packline defense, especially against an inferior opponent.

I lean with Indiana despite the big number, but would tread carefully with questions about the new system. This is more of a tune up game than anything so Woodson may experiment with both schemes and rotations, but I'm not rushing to back Heath's rebuilding Eagles team either.
