The 4-4 Atlanta Falcons are barely hanging on to their chances at finishing the season with a winning record. They hit the road in Week 10 to try and sneak one from the 6-2 Dallas Cowboys at AT&T Stadium.

The Falcons are coming off a rather impressive win of the New Orleans Saints 27-25 in what was their third win in a row. After starting the season 1-4, Atlanta might be at the beginning of a second-half run. Matt Ryan had a vintage performance with 343 yards and showed that he isn’t quite over the hill just yet.

Dallas enters this game mad after losing to the Denver Broncos at home 30-16, breaking the team’s six-game home winning streak. The Cowboys were able to muster up just 290 yards on offense and ended -2 in the turnover battle.

Can the Cowboys bounce back and keep hold of the NFC East or will the Falcons keep their winning streak alive?

Falcons vs. Cowboys Prediction and Pick

Last week’s loss to the Broncos was confusing and shocking at the same time. The return of Dak Prescott was supposed to light a fire under this team. Turns out, they played better with Cooper Rush under center the week before. So, after this letdown game, what can we expect from Dallas in Week 10?

I expect a bounce-back game for sure. But, the Falcons have been playing tough football over the last month or so and won’t just lay down and let the Cowboys have their way. But, do they have enough to stop a pissed-off Dak Prescott, Amari Cooper, and Ezekiel Elliot? I think not quite. The Dallas Cowboys will want revenge for last week’s poor offensive showing and I think they pull out all the stops here. They can ill afford another loss to a lesser team and will want to dominate the Falcons from wire to wire.

The Falcons will try to keep up, and they probably will for a while. But, eventually, thighs will go off the rails and the Cowboys will pull away in the second half. Despite my confidence in this outcome, the Cowboys’ loss to the Broncos has me second-guessing myself and this team. I feel more confident here taking the over in what I expect to be an offensive clinic for both teams.
