It's a new era for Atlanta Falcons football! After beating the Detroit Lions in Week 1 of the preseason, Atlanta now has TWO wins in its last 17 preseason games. Bottom-feeders no more!
Jokes aside, Desmond Ridder leading the Falcons to a comeback victory felt like like a monumental moment in an otherwise meaningless game.
While the New York Jets secured a comeback win of their own, the organization is feeling more relief than euphoria right now.

Wilson, whose torn meniscus was trimmed, also has a bone bruise but should be sidelined just a few weeks, as expected. Maybe not Week 1, but good news for Jets

That means Mike White gets a chance to prove himself this week. Let's check out the odds from WynnBET Sportsbook to see if he can pull off a win to start a new losing streak for Atlanta.

Falcons vs Jets Prediction and Pick
Congratulations to the Falcons for that comeback victory last week, but Atlanta is still the NFL's worst preseason team of the last decade. Plus, purely from the perspective of winning Week 2 of the preseason, Mike White is probably a better option than Zach Wilson right now anyway.
Wilson is not a good quarterback at this moment. He's the only Jet who threw an interception, after all, and he continually misses open receivers. White can take advantage of the separation Elijah Moore, Corey Davis and others create, and that gives New York a better chance at building a lead.

The Jets' defense should be stronger this year too, with the addition of Sauce Gardner and a replenished defensive line.
I'll back New York to pick up another victory. Simply put, Atlanta shouldn't be favored in a preseason game just because of last week's victory.
Pick: Jets (+110)
