Falcons vs. Rams Prediction, Odds, Spread and Over/Under for NFL Week 2 (Don't Overthink Week 1 Results)
Two NFC teams who had two very different losses will meet in a lop-sided Week 2 matchup.
The Los Angeles Rams were embarrassed on opening night, getting beat up and down the field by the Buffalo Bills. The defending Super Bowl champs looked like a shell of their former selves in the 31-10 loss.
The Atlanta Falcons once again blew a huge fourth quarter lead, this time to the New Orleans. It is the third time over the past three seasons that they blew a lead of 15 or more points in the 4th quarter. The rest of the NFL has lost two of those games, combined.
So, who will rebound with a win on Sunday? Let's take a look at what the oddsmakers at FanDuel think.

Falcons vs. Rams Prediction and Pick
On a pure skill and talent level, the Rams are on a whole different level from the Falcons.
Aaron Donald will feast in this NFC matchup. The Falcons biggest weakness, by a wide margin, is the interior of its offensive line, which is exactly the area that Donald will be attacking. Sure, Atlanta had some offensive success against the Saints, but their weaknesses will be exposed in a terrible matchup against this Los Angeles defensive front.
Speaking of defense, the Falcons allowed the fourth most yards per play in the opening week at 6.8. The Rams may have had a poor offensive performance against the Bills, but now they go from taking one on of the best defenses in the NFL, to one of the worst. They also have some extra time to rest and gameplan for Atlanta, with their opening game taking place last Thursday.
Don't overthink this game based on Week 1 results. The Rams will win this one in a landslide.
