FC Dallas vs New England Revolution Prediction and Odds (Expect Offense to Reign Supreme)

We'll have regular season soccer in New England for the first time this year as the Revolution host FC Dallas in their home opener March 5th at 1:30 PM EST. Both teams drew in their first contests, with the Revolution tying Portland 2-2 and Dallas to Toronto.
New England set the MLS single-season record for points last season en route to their first Supporter's Shield in club history, while Dallas is looking to rebound from a season in which they gave up the most goals in the Western Conference (56).
Will the Revolution win and give head coach Bruce Arena the most regular-season wins in league history, or will Dallas play spoiler against a tough opponent?

Revolution vs FC Dallas Prediction and Pick
The Revolution seem to be clearly the better side here, but their defensive miscues poked their ugly head against Portland as they couldn't hold on to the lead twice and finished with a draw. They haven't beaten Dallas since 2011, and I was encouraged by the road squad's play in their first matchup.
But the year is still young and it's going to take time for these teams to gel, particularly with defensive alignment and communication.
The -195 odds are a bit too steep for my liking, but I think the Revolution will win so I'm not going to take Dallas either. Luckily, WynnBET has more options to keep me covered.
I'll lean on both squads' respective strengths and weaknesses and bet both teams to score at -135. There's been goals from each side in four of their last five fixtures against each other and we saw both teams score in each team's first match of the year, as well.
The Revolution are almost a lock to score at least once, so we just need one defensive mistake for Dallas to break through and cash our bet. Especially early in the season, I like the odds of that happening.
