The Florida Gators continue their two-game SEC road trip this evening when they head to Knoxville to face the No. 18 Tennessee Volunteers at Thompson-Boling Arena.

The Gators had their three game win streak snapped at the hands of Ole Miss on Monday as they now play their fourth game in a week. More on that in a bit.

Meanwhile, the Volunteers have won two consecutive games including a 14-point home victory against LSU on Saturday.

With the line approaching double digits, how should bettors look to attack tonight?

Florida vs. Tennessee Prediction and Pick

Let's stop and ponder this for a second. How in the hell is Florida playing their fourth game within a week?

Their Monday game against Ole Miss was actually supposed to be played at the end of December, but the Gators were dealing with COVID protocols within the program.

Still, the situation tonight doesn't get any easier for Florida who appears to be out of gas following wins against Mississippi State and Florida to kick off the four-game stretch last Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Tennessee has yet to lose at home this season, and has the No. 5 rated KenPom adjusted defensive efficiency in the country. The Gators couldn't score against an Ole Miss squad on Monday on the road that ranks in the mid-70s.

I expect the Gators to do their best effort on the defensive end in the first half against Tennessee to keep it closer than they should, but at some point that gas tank will hit "E" and even if the Vols get to 70-75 points, it still may not be enough for the OVER to hit.
