With just a few days left in the NHL regular season, the 36-32-11 Winnipeg Jets host the 25-44-11 Philadelphia Flyers tonight at 7:30 PM EST.

The Flyers have a 3-1 win over Winnipeg this season, but neither team has much to play for, so this will be a bit of a unique contest.

Winnipeg snapped a four-game losing streak with a win over the Avalanche their last time out but have fallen out of playoff contention after a rough couple of weeks, while the Flyers have lost seven of nine and are trotting out of a young lineup to evaluate some guys before the offseason.

Can the young guns of Philadelphia band together to put together an impressive performance or will the Jets get their revenge?

Let's check out the odds from WynnBET Sportsbook to help us find out ahead of this Flyers vs Jets matchup:

Flyers vs Jets Prediction and Pick

This total is way too high for two struggling offenses with nothing to play for. Winnipeg has just six goals in their last three games as the under has hit each time, while the Flyers are averaging 2.8 goals per game in their last five on the road.

Speaking of the road, Philadelphia is horrible away from home. They're 4-16 in their last 20 on the road and have lost four of their previous five by multiple goals.

Connor Hellebuyck returned from an illness and was marvelous against the Avalanche, making 30 saves and allowing just one goal. The under has hit in four of the last five Jets home matches and with Hellebuyck back in net, I expect a stingy defensive effort from Winnipeg tonight.

I can't trust either of these offenses right now, especially with no motivation. A total of 6.5 is a tad too high for my liking, so I'll rely on the defenses to hold it down and am taking the under at plus money in this matchup.

Pick: Under 6.5 (+100)
