Georgia State vs. Louisiana-Lafayette Prediction and Pick
Louisiana has played solid defensively this season, allowing under 20 points per game. The Ragin’ Cajuns 69th-ranked rushing defense (152.9 rushing yards allowed per game) will line up against a Georgia State rushing attack that is averaging 224 rushing yards per contest. Louisiana will have to contain the Panthers’ running game.
Louisiana boasts a solid running game as well, averaging 208.1 rushing yards per game, and will flatten the Panthers weak defense.
Levi Lewis has been extremely reliable under center for the Ragin’ Cajuns and should manage the offense well against a mediocre opponent like Georgia State.
Louisiana should cover the double-digit spread at home.
I’m taking the Ragin’ Cajuns on the spread at -11.
