Get Ready for LeBron James to Have Monster Game 5
The Los Angeles Lakers have their backs against the wall as they head into Game 5 of their Western Conference playoff series against the Phoenix Suns.
With the series tied at 2-2, and Anthony Davis going down with a groin injury in Game 4, it’s time for LeBron James to step up and prove that he’s one of the greatest basketball players to ever live.
LeBron seems up to the challenge, and I have no doubt that he’ll bring his A game on Tuesday night.
After the Lakers’ Game 4 loss, LeBron told reporters that he’s ready to step up in the absence of Anthony Davis.
“These shoulders are built for a reason," James said. "If there is going to be some more put on them, so be it. Win, lose, or draw, I’m ready for the challenge”
Despite James having to carry the load in Game 5, Vegas has lowered his projected point total for the game. WynnBET currently has his point total set at 27.5, with each side being set at -110 odds.
This is lower than his point total has been all series, including Game 3 when it was set at 28.5.
I’m going against Vegas’ projection tonight, and I’ll be taking the over 27.5 points for James’ player prop.
Not only that, but LeBron to record a triple-double at +500 odds is available at WynnBET, which is an enticing bet to make. He’s recorded 28 triple-doubles in the playoffs in his career, and if the Lakers ever needed that kind of performance from him, it’s tonight.
