With only a couple of weeks left in the MLB regular season, the race for the National League West is far from over.

The San Francisco Giants have led the division for the majority of the season, but the Dodgers have dipped in as the leader a handful of times, but it has never lasted long.

Heading into tonight’s games, the Giants hold a one game lead over the Dodgers. San Francisco will take on the Rockies in Colorado, and the Dodgers will face the Diamondbacks in Arizona.

WynnBET has the Giants set as -145 road favorites against the Rockies (+125), and the total for the game is set at 11.5 runs.

Giants vs Rockies Prediction and Pick

Anytime you can get a chance to bet on the team with the best record in baseball at -145 against the Rockies, you have to take it.

Anthony DeSclafani will get the start for San Francisco and he’ll enter the game with a 12-7 record and a solid ERA of 3.23. He’ll face Rockies starter Jon Gray, who is 8-11 this season with an ERA of 4.17.

The Giants continue to be undervalued, both in game odds and World Series odds. Oddsmakers don’t believe in them, despite them holding the best record in the Majors for almost the entire season.

If oddsmakers are going to continue to undervalue this team, I’m going to continue to bet on them.

The Giants are 6th in MLB in runs per game this season at 4.95, and second in earned run average at 3.30. Getting them at -145 (bet $145 to profit $100) against one of the worst teams in baseball is a gift.

Opening pitch is set for 8:10 p.m. EST.
