The Vegas Golden Knights managed to tie their Stanley Cup Semifinal series with the Montreal Canadiens on Sunday, by scoring a quick overtime winner.

The Golden Knights, despite already dropping two games to Montreal, are still set as heavy -348 favorites at WynnBET to advance to the Stanley Cup Finals for the second time in their short franchise history.

Vegas dropped Game 3 to the Canadiens, when Marc-André Fleury coughed up the puck in front of a wide open net with just over a minute in the game to allow Montreal to tie it up. The Canadiens went on to win the game in overtime, but Vegas got its revenge in Game 4.

The Golden Knights have now regained home ice advantage in the series, as they head back to Vegas for Game 5. WynnBET has the Golden Knights set as -225 favorites to take a 3-2 series lead on Tuesday night.

Montreal has thrown everything they have at Vegas, and they’ve already exceeded the expectations of many hockey fans who didn’t think the series would get past four or five games. They’ve already proven they can hang with the Golden Knights, so it would be tough to find a better value bet than the Canadiens to win the series at +250 (bet $100 to profit $250).

Carey Price has continued his stellar postseason play, and he’ll be a shoe-in for the Conn Smythe trophy if the Canadiens manage to win the series. He has a 2.09 goals against average and a .931 save percentage, and he’s been a brick wall for the Canadiens throughout the playoffs.

Despite the strong play from their goaltender, the Canadiens are still last on the odds list to win the Stanley Cup at +650. The Golden Knights are set as the +140 favorites, followed by the Lightning at +155 and the Islanders at +475.
